Tuition Policy for Enrolled Families
The following information further explains Learning Leaf's tuition policy. This tuition policy does not include Drop-In care. Please read the tuition policy outlined in the Learning Leaf IMF Financial Agreement.
Monthly Tuition

Tuition is charged monthly via Brightwheel.

Parents can pay via the app using ACH or Credit Card payments. Checks are accepted but paying through Brightwheel is preferred.

The billing cycle is monthly and does not deviate to weekly or daily tuition unless a family is using Drop-In Care.

Tuition is due the first of every month. Please refer to the Financial Agreement regarding late-payment fees.
Disenrollment Tuition Policy

If your family plans to disenroll for any reason, please provide fourteen (14) business days of notice to the Director, in writing, and await confirmation. These fourteen (14) business days of notice prior to the billing cycle date of the first of the month in order provide management with enough time to offer the slot to an awaiting family.

If you fail to provide the fourteen business days of notice to the Director, Assistant Director, or other management staff, you will be responsible for the following month's tuition. Providing notice after the first of the month for disenrollment within the same month will not permit a prorated amount. Please refer to the prorating policy below.
Prorating Policy

Learning Leaf IMF Childcare Center does not prorate monthly tuition unless a family begins their child(ren)'s enrollment mid-month or after.

Learning Leaf does not prorate for the last month of a child's enrollment.
Understanding Monthly Slot Enrollment
The monthly tuition at Learning Leaf covers consistent operation despite holidays or variable attendance. These tuition fees cover operational expenses including but not limited to curriculum and learning materials, meals, teacher salaries, registration, supplies, and other variable costs associated with maintaining the facility and programs day-to-day operations. When you enroll, your family is reserving a slot for the month. Every family is welcome to use the maximum number of days permitted by the schedule agreement (full-time, part-time, etc); however, Learning Leaf cannot prorate for missed days. Sick days, vacation, and variable attendance, mid-month disenrollment, holiday closures, and closings due to inclement weather cannot be refunded or prorated. We value your family's commitment to ensuring the operational well-being of Learning Leaf.
